Terms of service

  • By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of services.

Payment

  • Half of the payment is due upfront.

  • Paypal Only Prices Listed in USD.

  • I have the right to decline.

  • Your allowed 3 free revisions before I may ask for more payment.

Artwork

  • By commissioning me, you are paying for my style, I expect those who commission me to have chosen my style because they enjoy it as is. Do not ask me to imitate another artist's style.

  • NO commercial use of the commission. Unless discussed.

  • DON'T sell / redraw / edit / claim credit / distribute/ modify / use for advertising unless discussed.

  • DON'T remove my watermark/signature.

  • You are free to post the completed commissions but credit is expected.

  • A sketch will be sent for review and changes before I move on to complete the commission.

  • I keep the right to use the completed illustration in my portfolio.

Refunds / Cancellations

  • Half Refund is given if either you or I cancel the commission.

  • If a commission has been partially refunded at any stage (sketch, lineart, etc) you may only keep what has been paid for.
